This wine is vinified in oak barrels and terracotta eggs.

Color: Ruby/garnet red, Moderate number of fine bubbles

Nose: Spiced dark red fruits, cherry and blackberry

Palate: Moderately full mouth feel, red fruits continue with brightness and minerality

Finish: Palate continues and minerality at the end of a moderate length finish

This wine is a rosé de saignée with maceration for 6 days.

Grapes: Arbane, Petit Meslier, Fromenteau (Pinot Gris)

Color: Light golden to golden

Bubbles: Fine, initially many bubbles, but rapidly they dissipated to few bubbles

Nose: Toast, some oak, lemon citrus

Palate: Citrus continues, but as grapefruit with minerality and significant acidity   

Finish: Medium length, grapefruit continues with tartness and minerality

This unusual  cuvée was created with three of the four ancient or heirloom grapes still allowed in champagne.  Pinot Blanc is the fourth heirloom grape.

Palate: Citrus, bitter lemon, almond, modest brightness, minerality

Finish: Palate continues with moderate length

This cuvée has 60% older vintages with vinification in barrel.
